You should make the background a light grey-whitish tone so the lipstick stands out. Also try taking out the red box on the lipstick and play around more with the text and imagery on the lipstick...
Just a thought...what if there's a cropped image of the amazon rainforest, or the africa pride lands on the lipstick and just a solid black or white on the other side... and a play with type and imagery...
